Stone Tone Stain
Kemiko Stone Tone Stains are not paint, not a pigment or coating
stain. The staining process will create a natural stone or mottled
appearance. They react with the concrete to form permanent, long
lasting colors that will not fade, chip, or peel. The stains are
made from an acid solution, wetting agents and metallic ions, and
this stain when mixed with water reacts (chemically combines) with
the free-lime in concrete to form permanent, long lasting colors.
These stains actually react with the cement particles and last as
long as the surface they have been applied to. Because this is not
an exact pigmented coloring technique, the results cannot be
guaranteed. The product is guaranteed to be manufactured properly.
Stains are best applied with an all-plastic, garden-type pump up
sprayer.
Application: 400-sq. ft. per gallon when applying the mixture
twice.

Stone Tone Wax
Kemiko Wax is designed for use on porous exterior and interior
surfaces that are unaffected by contact with mineral spirits, such
as new and old concrete, unglazed brick and tile, flagstone and
unsealed wood. Wax enhances the depth and color and provides surface
protection. The wax is water and dirt resistant. Wax is best applied
with a slow speed (175 RPM) floor machine, a natural, stiff bristle
brush (Palmyra) attachment and a natural medium bristle brush (Tampico)
attachment for buffing. A white pad can be used as the third step
for increase shine.
Application: 250 – 300 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the
porosity of the surface.

Stone Tone
Sealer (Non-Yellowing Clear Coating)
This is a high solids (30%) water base, Acrylic Urethane sealer
designed to provide protection and easy maintenance to Stone Tone
Stained concrete or other surfaces requiring a durable, clear
coating. It is designed for interior and exterior use and is
non-yellowing and resistant to blush. Stone Tone Sealer provides a
natural looking satin finish to surfaces requiring a durable clear
coating. It is suggested two thin coats be applied instead of one
thick coat. The surface dries in 2-3 hours, however, heavy traffic
should be avoided for 24 hours and washing avoided for 48 hours.
Sealers are best applied with commercial conventional air spray or
airless spray equipment utilizing spray gun tip size between .013” -
.015”.
Application: 300 to 400 sq. ft. per gallon

Shipping & Handling
Kemiko Products are classed as hazardous materials. Shipping and
handling costs vary from $25.00 - $125.00, and they are based
primarily on quantity and destination. They become more costly when
shipped United Parcel, as U.P.S. requires gallons to be broken down
into liter bottles, creating added expense. U.P.S. still may cost
less than a regular freight company; however, we will always attempt
to find the least expensive carrier to deliver your product.

Return Policy
We will accept returned product as long as it is unopened and as long
as the product is returned within 30 days from invoice date. A 20%
restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

Warranty
The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, either
expressed or implied. These products are manufactured of selected raw
materials by skilled technicians. Neither seller nor manufacturer has
any knowledge or control concerning the purchaser’s use of the products
and no warranty is made as to the results of any use. The only
obligation of either seller or manufacturer shall be to replace any
quantity of these products proved to be defective. Any claim of
defective product must be received in writing within one (1) year from
the date of shipment. Neither seller nor manufacturer assumes any
liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of these
products.
